SDSU-Boise State Notes in PDF Format

San Diego State plays its third home outing in its last four contests when the Aztecs take on No. 10/11 Boise State Saturday at Qualcomm Stadium beginning at 5 p.m. PT.

SDSU has won two games in a row, including an 18-15 victory at Colorado State last weekend to officially became bowl eligible for the second consecutive season.

The Aztecs will put that winning streak to the test in the first-ever meeting with the Broncos, who joined the Mountain West this season.

Last Saturday, Boise State fell from the ranks of the unbeaten after being upset by fellow conference member TCU (36-35), snapping their 35-game home winning streak.

Boise State still remains 10th nationally in both the Associated Press poll and BCS standings, meaning SDSU will play a top-10 opponent for the fourth consecutive campaign. The match up is also San Diego State's third in 2011 vs. schools currently ranked in AP top 20 (also Michigan and TCU).

Saturday's contest will be televised live nationally on CBS Sports Network and is also available to San Diego Cox Cable subscribers on Channel 4 San Diego.
