SAN DIEGO - Aztecs Now, a weekly television show featuring San Diego State athletics, is set to air tonight on Channel 4 San Diego at 8:30 p.m. PT. The show will then re-air on 4SD at 9:30 p.m. on Thursday as well at 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. on Friday.
SDSU football and men's basketball play-by-play announcer Ted Leitner will host this week's show, which highlights head coach Rocky Long. In this episode, Long will discuss last Saturday's game against Wyoming and preview Saturday's 5 p.m. PT contest against New Mexico at Qualcomm Stadium.
This week's show also highlight the SDSU men's basketball team as head coach Steve Fisher will discuss the upcoming 2011-12 slate. The Aztecs officially open their season at 7:30 p.m. PT on Friday, Nov. 11 against Bryant at Viejas Arena. San Diego State also plays host to Cal State San Marcos tonight (Nov. 2) in an exhibition contest at 7 p.m. PT.
