SAN DIEGO - San Diego State women's soccer head coach Mike Friesen has added a pair of Division I transfers in Jensen Skinner and Kory Spotts.

Hailing from Tualatin, Ore., Skinner will enroll at SDSU after playing at Arizona as a freshman in 2010. The midfielder played in all 20 games and earned the starting assignment on 14 different occasions, including 13 of the final 14 contests.

The Tualatin High School graduate finished her lone season in Tucson with three goals and six points, both of which were the second-highest totals on squad. Her first collegiate goal came at home vs. Northern Arizona, and was followed by single tallies against Tennessee and Ohio State. The midfielder's goal vs. NAU proved to be the equalizer in a 1-1 tie, while her goal vs. the Lady Vols helped the Wildcats to a 3-1 victory.

Spotts, a midfielder/defender from Del Mar, Calif., will arrive on Montezuma Mesa after playing her freshman campaign at UNC Greensboro. The 5-9 graduate of Torrey Pines High School saw action 16 games, while making seven starts, in 2010 for a Spartan team (19-2-1; 11-0 SoCon) that won the Southern Conference regular season and tournament titles, advanced to the NCAA Championship and finished 23rd in the final NSCAA final top-25 poll after being ranked as high as No. 10.

Spotts started the first five games of the season and scored a goal on her first-ever attempt in the 2010 opener vs. East Carolina. In the next game at Wake Forest, a 2-1 victory, Spotts added an assist. For the season, the Del Mar native finished with one goal, two assists and four points, and put four of her six shots on goal.
