PALO ALTO, Calif. - All three softball games that were scheduled for Saturday at the Stanford Invitational have been canceled due to inclement weather and unplayable field conditions. Sunday's schedule will remain the same.
San Diego State was originally scheduled to play Coastal Carolina at 11 a.m. PT on Saturday, but the times were pushed back three hours due to the weather. A decision was later made by tournament officials that the field was not ready for competition.
The Aztecs (18-14), who have won 10 of their last 13 games, will play Pacific (9 a.m. PT) and No. 13/12 Stanford (1:30 p.m. PT) on Sunday.
