The San Diego State women's basketball team (12-13, 6-7 MWC) travels to Provo, Utah, with a four-game win streak and a chance to even both its overall and conference season records Saturday against first-place BYU. Tip time is scheduled for 2 p.m. PT at the Marriott Center.

The Aztecs are coming off a bye in their league slate on Wednesday and are currently in fourth place by themselves in the MWC standings. With three regular-season contests still left to play, SDSU can get anywhere from the No. 4 to No. 8 seeds at the 2011 conference championships, scheduled for March 8-12, in Las Vegas.

San Diego State will be a week removed from its latest victory, a 68-50 decision over visiting Air Force, which gave the team its longest win streak of the season at four games. Included in that streak are two road victories at Utah (Feb. 9) and at New Mexico (Feb. 15), as well as a home win over UNLV on Feb. 12.

BYU and SDSU own the two longest active win streaks in the conference with the Cougars' number jumping to nine in a row with their 64-55 defeat of Colorado State in Ft. Collins, Colo., on Wednesday. Besides the win streak, BYU (20-7, 12-1) will a few other things riding on the game, namely a chance to earn at least a share of the MWC regular-season crown with a victory in the squad's final regular-season home game (senior day). The Cougars defeated SDSU, 65-55, earlier this year on Jan. 26, 2011, after SDSU had won two-straight in the series.

The Aztecs' final trip to Provo with both schools being members of the Mountain West Conference will feature a live webcast, as well as live stats, on goaztecs.com.
