STANFORD - Heavy rains in the Bay Area forced the suspension of the first round Sunday of the U.S. Intercollegiate at the par-70, 6,742-yard Stanford Golf Course in Stanford, Calif. All five members of the San Diego State men's golf squad had completed at least nine holes and the team was tied for third place at 4-over par before play was suspended for the day.

Teams will resume the first round on Monday beginning at 9:00 a.m. PT, followed by the second round, weather permitting. The final 18 holes are scheduled to be played Tuesday.

Live results for the entire tournament are available on goaztecs.com as well as golfstat.com.
