LAS VEGAS (AP) - Quenese Davis scored 16 points and her sister Coco scored 14 to lead San Diego State to a 60-51 victory over Wyoming Wednesday night in the first round of the Mountain West women's tournament.
San Diego State used a late 12-2 run to win the game. Jessika Bradley had 11 points, 12 rebounds and tied an MWC tournament record with seven blocked shots, and Paris Johnson had 13 points for the Aztecs (19-10), the third seed in the conference. They next face BYU, the No. 2 seed, in the semifinals on Friday.
Coco Davis hit both of the Aztecs' 3-pointers and San Diego State went 16-for-19 from the free-throw line.
Hillary Carlson had 25 points for Wyoming (19-11), seeded sixth in the Mountain West.
The final score was the biggest lead of the game for San Diego State.
