SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State men's and women's basketball teams have a busy week ahead of them with both having two home games this week. The women play host to Pepperdine and Long Beach State, while the men welcome Cal State Fullerton and Arizona to Viejas Arena.

On Tuesday, Dec. 8, the women's basketball team will face the Waves before taking on the 49ers on Friday, Dec. 11. Both games are slated for 7 p.m. PT starts.

The men, meanwhile, begin their two-game homestand with the Titans on Wednesday, Dec. 9, at 7 p.m. PT. Following their match-up with the Big West school, the Aztecs will tangle with the Wildcats on Saturday, Dec. 12, another game that is scheduled for 7 p.m. PT.

The women's basketball team enters the week having pocketed a 66-59 road victory at UC Riverside last Friday evening. Senior Quenese Davis led SDSU after scoring 20 points and recording a season-high eight assists.

Much like the women, the men's basketball squad is fresh off its own road victory, a 69-61 decision, at UC Santa Barbara on Saturday night. Tyrone Shelley scored 17 points and grabbed eight rebounds for the Aztecs, and Malcolm Thomas added 15 points in the win.

Tickets for these games are still available and can be purchased at GoAztecs.com, Ticketmaster.com, in person at the Viejas Arena ticket office and at the SDSU Qualcomm Stadium ticket office (window E), or by phone at 619-283-7378.
