SDSU Women's Basketball Game Notes at LMU in PDF Format

The San Diego State women's basketball team (5-4) returns from a 10-day layoff to face Loyola Marymount (5-5)* on Monday at 6 p.m. in Los Angeles. The Aztecs' contest with the Lions will be their final non-conference road game of the 2009-10 regular season and final outing before the holiday break.

SDSU last played on Dec. 11, when they rallied for a 67-62 victory over Long Beach State at Viejas Arena. The Aztecs went on a 5-0 run over the 43 seconds to secure the victory, its third against a Big West opponent this season and fifth straight against the 49ers.

San Diego State, which is 1-1 against teams from the West Coast Conference this year, looks to continue its success against LMU. The Aztecs defeated the Lions, 85-70, in San Diego last Dec. 21, to improve to 5-2 all-time in the series.
