SDSU Postgame Notes at Idaho

THE SERIES
- San Diego State moves to 2-2 all-time against the Vandals and 0-2 at the Kibbie Dome.

UNIFORM WATCH
- San Diego State wore white pants along with its white road jersey, marking the first time the Aztecs wore all white since Dec. 3, 2005. SDSU had previously donned white jerseys and black pants.

BROWN BULLETS
- Aztec wideout Vincent Brown logged a career-best for receptions in a game with 13, including eight in the first half, beating his previous high of 11 vs. Colorado State last year ... His 13 catches are the most by an SDSU player since Jeff Webb had 13 at Hawai'i on Dec. 3, 2005 ... Brown has a touchdown in each of the team's three games this season.

- Brown also recorded his fourth-consecutive 100-yard receiving game and his third this season. He is the seventh SDSU player to record four consecutive 100-yard receiving games. Brown is now tied for fourth in school history in most consecutive 100-yard receiving games. He has five, 100-yard games overall in his 27 career contests to put him 21st all-time in career 100-yard receiving games in SDSU history .... Brown moved from 20th to 15th in SDSU career history in receptions with 119.

DREW'S DARTS
- SDSU senior quarterback Drew Westling entered the game in the second quarter and tossed his first career touchdown pass on a critical third down and goal play to Roberto Wallace. It was Wallace's second TD reception in as many games this season.

OTHER NOTES
- Senior Kwincy Edwards made his first career start at the Warrior position this afternoon.

-Redshirt freshman Dominique Sandifer and sophomore Larry Gibbs made their Aztecs' debut vs. Idaho.

-Place-kicker Lane Yoshida kicked his fourth and fifth career field goals of 40-plus yards. It is his first career game with two field goals of 40 or more yards and he improves to 5-of-7 in career field goal attempts of more than 40 yards.

-Freshman Preston King's 42-yard punt return in the first half is the Aztecs' longest since 2002, when Kyle Conerly returned one 87 yards for a touchdown against UNLV on Oct. 26, 2002. The Aztecs won that game 31-21.

-SDSU allowed its first sack of the season in the third quarter. It snaps a streak of 243 pass attempts without allowing a sack dating back to the Wyoming game in 2008.

- Ryan Lindley threw for 200 or more yards for the fifth straight game.

- The Aztecs scored a touchdown for the 29th straight game.
