San Diego State (24-7)
* San Diego State improves to 15-0 on its home floor this season and has won 17 straight inside Cox Arena dating back to last season.
* The Aztecs improve to 4-3 in NCAA Tournament first round games, 3-2 in NCAA home games and 4-6 all-time in the NCAA Tournament.
* Head coach Beth Burns captures her first NCAA Tournament victory in her last five tries ... SDSU wins its first NCAA game since 1994 ... SDSU advances to the NCAA second round for the fourth time in school history.
* Jené Morris scored in double figures in the first half, marking the seventh time in SDSU's last eight games that an Aztec has scored at least 10 points in the first 20 minutes of play.
* Jené Morris reached double figures in scoring for the 10th straight game, for the 23rd time this year and for the 44th time in her career. Morris finished with a career- and game-high tying 35 points.
* Jené Morris recorded her third 30-point game of the season and her second in her last five outings.
* Quenese Davis reached double figures in scoring for the 19th time this season and the 45th time in her career. Davis finished with 18 points.

*Tonight's attendance of 3,651 is the second-largest in Cox Arena women's basketball history, trailing only the 5,271 vs. UConn on Dec. 21, 2007.
DePaul (23-10)
* DePaul extended its consecutive games streak with at least one three-pointer to 138 games.
* The Blue Demons outrebounded their opponent for the 20th time this season (34-28).
* Natasha Williams hit the double-figure plateau in scoring for the third consecutive game and the 22nd time this season. Williams finished the game with a team-high 22 points.
* Natasha Williams posted her second straight 20-point game and her ninth such game of the season.
* Natasha Williams moved into sole possession of ninth place on the school's all-time blocked shots list, surpassing Cathy Pezdirtz. Williams, who had two blocked shots, finishes her season with 41 blocks.
* Natasha Williams (7 rebounds) led the team in rebounding for the 14th time in 2008-09.
* Sam Quigley played in her 65th career game, while China Threatt saw action in her 90th career ball game.
* Erin Cattell connected on both of her three-point attempts, marking just the third time this season she has made at least two from beyond the three-point arc.
* Deirdre Naughton reached double figures in scoring for the sixth time in her last seven games and for the 24th time this year. Naughton finished with 16 points.
