* San Diego State posts its 20th win of the season for the fourth consecutive campaign. It is the first time in the Aztecs' Division I history that SDSU has won 20 games in four straight seasons.
* The Aztecs also record their fourth straight 20-win season since 1937-38, 1938-39, 1939-40 and 1940-41.
* San Diego State secures its eighth straight regular-season victory and fourth consecutive regular-season sweep over the Rams. SDSU also posts its sixth consecutive win over Colorado State at home.
* SDSU notches its 10th MWC win of the season, marking the third time in four seasons the Aztecs have posted at leat 10 wins in league play. It is the first time in school history that San Diego State has won 10 or more games in a conference campaign in three out of four seasons.
