TEAM NOTES
* San Diego State snaps UNLV's 21-game Mountain West Conference regular-season home winning streak. SDSU also ends the Runnin' Rebels' 27-game winning streak over MWC opponents inside Thomas & Mack Center. The last team to beat UNLV inside TMC was San Diego State back in 2006.
* San Diego State defeats UNLV inside Thomas & Mack Center for the first time since 2006 and snaps a two-game losing streak against the Runnin' Rebels at Thomas & Mack.
* The Aztecs beat UNLV for just the 13th time in the history of the series and for just the fifth time in Las Vegas.
* SDSU puts an end to a two-game overall losing streak to UNLV. Last year, the Runnin' Rebels swept the season series.
