TEAM NOTES
* San Diego State posted its eighth straight home win, improved to 23-4 in MWC home games since the 2005-06 season and won its fourth straight game in as many tries vs. TCU at home in the Mountain West era.
* The Aztecs improve to 12-2 this year and 118-32 in the Fisher era when leading at halftime.
* SDSU has won 12 games this season when never trailing in the second half.
* San Diego State held TCU without basket for 9:55 from the 7:22 mark in the first half to the 18:27 mark in the second.
* The Aztecs, who rank 19th in scoring defense in NCAA Division I, held the Horned Frogs to 50 points. It marked the 11th time this year SDSU has held an opponent below the 59-point mark. San Diego State held its first six opponents to 59 or below, but hadn't done it since beating Air Force in Colorado Springs back on Jan. 3.
* SDSU blocked seven shots tonight to tie its season-high set against Air Force in the MWC opener.

* Ryan Amoroso (12 points) reached double figures in scoring for the sixth time this year and first time since scoring 17 vs. Utah on Jan. 10. In his last two games vs. New Mexico and at Brigham Young, Amoroso had six points combined on 2-of-9 shooting.
