At the Rees Jones Intercollegiate, Carlsson finished in a tie for 18th at 12-over-par 228 (75-75-78) on the 7,380-yard Haig Point Course. In a tournament field of 60 players, not one per person recorded an under-par score over 54 holes.
Later in the month, Carlsson concluded the fall season finishing in a tie for third place at Turtle Bay with a 54-hole total of 7-under 209 (68-69-71) on the 6,535-yard Fazio Course and the 7,218-yard Palmer Course.
