Team Notes
-SDSU dropped to 9-18 all time vs. Air Force and is 5-7 in games played in San Diego ... Loss snaps a two-game Aztec win streak in San Diego.

-With Drew Westling starting at quarterback tonight, it is the ninth time in the school's Division I era, and the second time under Chuck Long, that SDSU has had at least two quarterbacks make a starting debut in the same season. In 1974, 1976, 1980, 1984, 1988, 1991, 1997, 2006 and 2008, San Diego State has had two players make their first career start.

-SDSU's second quarter scoring drive for a touchdown was its longest in terms of number of plays (14) this season. The previous long was a nine-play scoring drive vs. both Notre Dame and Idaho. The Aztecs tacked on a 10-play scoring drive later in the quarter, it's second-longest drive in terms of number of plays this season.

-San Diego State had four players finish in double-figure tackles today for the second consecutive outing. The Aztecs had a season-high five players in double-figures against San Jose State. SDSU has had seven different players record 10 or more tackles in at least one game this season.

-Limited Air Force to an Aztec opponent season-low 72 yards through the air. It is the first time an Aztec opponent failed to reach 100 yards passing since New Mexico had 87 in 2006.

-Tonight's attendance of 43,630 is the largest for the Aztecs in a home game this season.

Boudreaux's 21 tackles match the output by Alan Dale in 1981 and Ty Youngs in 1971 ... It was the second consecutive game he recorded a career-best in tackles, after tallying 14 last week at TCU ... It is Boudreaux's second consecutive game with 10 or more stops and his fifth career double-figures tackle outing.
