Aztec Soccer Opens Up Pac-10 Conference Play Sunday at UCLA
The San Diego State men's soccer team continues its four-game road trip Sunday when it takes on UCLA at 2:30 p.m. in the Pac-10 Conference opener for both squads. The Aztecs (2-5-0) have had great success in the Pac-10, finishing fifth (2005) and second (2006-07) in their three seasons, but enter league play on a three-game losing streak. The Bruins (2-3-4), who are coming off a 2-2 double-overtime tie against UC Santa Barbara on Wednesday and are unbeaten in their last four games, are one of the most storied programs in collegiate soccer with four NCAA national championships and four runner-up finishes to their credit.
