SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State football team completed its sixth and final two-a-day practice of 2008 fall camp Friday with a two-hour workout at the on-campus practice facility. The Aztecs, who were in half pads for the afternoon session, spent the last half an hour walking through special teams plays, including kickoff and punt coverage, field goals and on-side kicks.

"I thought (practice) went well today," Aztec head coach Chuck Long said. "You could tell that (the team) knew it was the last two-a-day. They were in good spirits and were excited at the start (during stretching). We're starting to get a lot of the guys who have been injured back. It's a big weekend for them to get their legs back."

SDSU is scheduled to have a short hour and a half workout on Saturday to round out 2008 fall camp. The team will then take Sunday off before beginning its game-week preparations on Monday for the opener with Cal Poly.
