No. 19 SDSU Softball Travels to Beehive State For Games Against Co-MWC Leader BYU, Third-Place Utah
Riding the momentum of a five-game win streak, the San Diego State softball team heads to the Beehive State for four crucial Mountain West Conference games this weekend.
The Aztecs (35-13, 7-3 MWC), who are ranked No. 19 by USA Today/NFCA and No. 20 by ESPN.com/USA Softball, will take on co-conference leader Brigham Young (31-15, 7-3 MWC) in a doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. MT Thursday. Both games of the twinbill will be televised on The Mtn. Following the two games in Provo, SDSU will meet Utah (23-20, 6-4 MWC) in Salt Lake City at 4 p.m. MT Friday and again at 1 p.m. MT Saturday.

Aztec Softball Home Games to be Broadcast on KCR College Radio
The San Diego State softball team will have all four of its remaining home games broadcast live on KCR College Radio. The stations has already broadcast four Aztec games, including their seventh-inning walkoff win over Utah on April 10.
KCR College Radio is a volunteer-run student radio station located on the San Diego State University grounds. Sport director Joshua Hoffman will do the play-by-play for KCR with help from other staff in the sports department.
There are four ways to listen to KCR College Radio, including the Internet (Windows Media Player 9), which will be linked on the Aztec softball page for the duration of the season. In addition, you can listen to KCR on 1620 AM (locally on SDSU campus and surrounding community), Channel 956 on Cox Digital Cable and Channel 957 Time Warner Cable.
SDSU-Brigham Young Doubleheader to be Broadcast on The Mtn.
Both games of the San Diego State-Brigham Young doubleheader beginning at 5 p.m. MT Thursday will be broadcast live on The Mtn. (Ch. 320 Cox Digital Cable). Anne Marie Anderson will do the play-by-play, while Teri Goldberg will be the analyst. The game will also re-air on CBS College Sports on Sunday, April 27 at 1:30 and 3:30 p.m. PT.
The game will feature the top-two teams in the MWC halfway through the conference season. The Aztecs and Cougars are both 7-3 and in first place with SDSU falling twice in extra innings in San Diego earlier this month.
