SAN DIEGO - Tickets for the 2008 Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Women's Water Polo Championship hosted by San Diego State are now on sale and can be purchased at the Aztec Ticket Office at Qualcomm Stadium, Window E, or by calling (619) 283-7378.
The MPSF championship will be held at the Aztec Aquaplex on the SDSU campus, April 24-27, marking the first time the annual tournament will make its way to "America's Finest City."
An all-tournament pass can be purchased for $50, giving the ticket holder access to each of the 22 games over the course of the four-day event. Single day tickets are also available for $15. The all-tournament pass and single day tickets for youth, senior citizens, military, students with identification and SDSU faculty/staff are available for $30 and $10, respectively.
The MPSF is one of the premier women's water polo conferences in the nation, featuring nine of the top 10-ranked teams. In addition to No. 6 San Diego State, the 13-team field will include three-time defending national champion and top-ranked UCLA, No. 2 Stanford, No. 3 USC, No. 4 Hawai'i, No. 5 California, No. 7 Arizona State, No. 8 UC Irvine, No. 9 San Jose State, No. 13 Long Beach State, No. 14 Cal State Northridge, No. 18 UC Santa Barbara and Pacific.
