-The Records: After completing the first round of MWC play on a four-game win streak, San Diego State will be put to the test this Saturday, when the Aztecs play host to the TCU Lady Frogs at 1 p.m. at Cox Arena. SDSU, which is 13-7 overall and 4-4 in conference action, has already exceeded its win total from all of last season and has four MWC victories for only the fourth time since the league's inception in 2000. The Aztecs will be looking to avenge an earlier loss to the Lady Frogs back on Jan. 9 in Ft. Worth, when TCU shot 80 percent from three-point land and rolled to a 86-63 victory. The Lady Frogs are tied for second in the conference with Wyoming with a 6-2 mark and are 13-9 overall on the year.
-SDSU Head Coach Beth Burns: Burns (Ohio Wesleyan, 1979) is in the third year of her second stint as head coach at San Diego State. She led the Aztecs for eight seasons from 1989 to 1997, before returning in 2005. She has an overall head coaching record of 260-195 in 15 seasons, while she is 179-130 in her 10 previous campaigns at SDSU.
-TCU Head Coach Jeff Mittie: Mittie is in ninth season with the Lady Frogs, boasting a current record of 186-92. His career mark is 337-151 in 16 campaigns.
