CARSON, Calif. - San Diego State senior goalkeeper Tally Hall (Gig Harbor, Wash./Gig Harbor HS) is one of 20 players who has been called up to the U.S. Under-23 Men's National Team Camp by head coach Bob Bradley. The camp, held at The Home Depot Center in Carson, Calif., is in preparation for a two-match tour of Japan.

The team started training on Feb. 9 in Carson and will train for a week before departing on Feb. 16 for Japan. The U-23s will play a match against the Japan Under-22 Men's National Team on Feb. 21 and will meet a Japanese club team on Feb. 23.

Hall, who recently signed to play for Danish top flight team Esbjerg FB, is the lone player representative from Europe and is one of two goalkeepers on the squad.

Hall, a two-time NSCAA and College Soccer News All-American, went 9-5-4 with a 1.04 goals against average and 80.0 shots-on-goal save percentage in 2006. In Pac-10 play, Hall was even better, going 5-1-3 and leading the conference in shutouts (four), goals against average (0.72) and shots-on-goal save percentage (0.72).

A semifinalist for the 2006 M.A.C. Hermann Trophy, Hall was a first-team all-Pac-10 honoree for the second straight year. He was named Co-Most Valuable Player of The Soccer Post/Aztec Classic and later garnered all-tournament accolades at the USD/San Diego State Soccer Classic. On Sept. 26, he was named the Pac-10 Player of the Week for the first time in his career and on Oct. 2 he was selected to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week.
