SAN DIEGO - San Diego State head coach Steve Fisher announced the completion of the 2006-07 men's basketball schedule. The Aztecs finalized their schedule with a Dec. 2 game at Western Michigan with tipoff set for 2 p.m. EST.

A Mid-American Conference member, the Broncos are coming off a season in which they finished 14-17 and 10-8 in league play. The trip to Kalamazoo, Mich., will mark SDSU's first game outside the state of California during the 2006-07 non-conference slate.

San Diego State will open the season at home with an exhibition game against Point Loma Nazarene on Nov. 1 and begin the regular season at the Shamrock Invitational in Moraga, Calif., against Murray State on Nov. 10.

The Aztecs return four starters off a team that finished at 24-9, won the Mountain West Conference regular season and tournament titles and made an appearance in the NCAA Tournament. Included in the group of returning starters is 2006 MWC Player of the Year and Associated Press honorable mention All-American Brandon Heath, second team all-conference member Mohamed Abukar and letterwinners Kyle Spain and Richie Williams.
