SAN DIEGO - San Diego State cheerleading coach Jen Kwappenberg has named its cheer squad for the 2006-07 season. Thirty-one cheerleaders were selected to the squad, which won the 2006 United Spirit Association (USA) Nationals in Las Vegas, Nev., and took second at the Universal Cheerleader Association (UCA) Nationals in Orlando, Fla.
The 2006-07 team will consist of five seniors, four juniors, seven sophomores and 15 freshmen.
