SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State baseball team, under fourth-year head coach Tony Gwynn, will hold its annual Alumni Game on Saturday, Jan 28, at 1:00 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium. Admission to the contest is free and will give fans an early glimpse of this year's SDSU team.

Former Aztec head coach Jim Dietz along with his long-time assistant Gary Brown will return to coach the alumni squad composed of recent grads along with a sprinkling of players from as far back as the 1970s and 80s.

Fans attending the game should park in structure 5 at the corner of Montezuma and 55th Street, and purchase a two-hour parking pass ($2.00) at one of the yellow machines located on each level.

The Aztecs will take batting practice beginning at 10:30 a.m. with the alums starting their pre-game hitting at 11:30 a.m.

Former SDSU players desiring to participate in the game should call the Aztec Baseball Office at 619-594-6889 to confirm their attendance.
