-The Records: The San Diego State women's basketball team (2-5) looks to continue its winning ways, as the Aztecs face Pittsburgh (8-2) on Thursday afternoon for the first time since 1995. SDSU will be less than two days removed from its second victory of the season against Boise State (54-51) on Tuesday evening. A win against the Panthers would give the Aztecs their first three-game winning streak since the 2003-04 campaign.

-SDSU Head Coach Beth Burns: Burns (Ohio Wesleyan, 1979) is in the first year of her second stint as head coach at San Diego State. She coached the Aztecs from 1989 to 1997 and has a school record of 153-88 in nine seasons. Her 14-year head coaching record stands at 234-153.

-Pittsburgh Head Coach Agnus Berenato: Berenato has a three-year record of 26-37 at Pittsburgh and an overall 22-year coaching record of 302-299.
