-The Records: After securing its first victory of the year, the San Diego State women's basketball team will play its next two contests in a three-day period before taking a much deserved break for the holidays. The Aztecs are continuing their five-game homestand to round out 2005, with match-ups against first-time opponent Boise State and Big East Conference member Pittsburgh.

The Broncos are 6-3 overall in 2005-06, after defeating SDSU's crosstown rival USD on Sunday, while the Panthers are currently 8-2 after defeating Pepperdine Monday before traveling down the coast to San Diego.

-SDSU Head Coach Beth Burns: Burns (Ohio Wesleyan, 1979) is in the first year of her second stint as head coach at San Diego State. She coached the Aztecs from 1989 to 1997 and has a school record of 152-88 in nine seasons. Her 14-year head coaching record stands at 233-153.

-Boise State Head Coach Gordy Presnell: Presnell is in his first season at Boise State and boasts a school record of 6-3. His career record is 402-130 in 19 seasons.

-Boise State Series History: This is the first all-time meeting between SDSU and Boise State.

-Pittsburgh Head Coach Agnus Berenato: Berenato has a three-year record of 26-37 at Pittsburgh and an overall 22-year coaching record of 302-299.

-Pittsburgh Series History: San Diego State leads, 1-0 (Last: SDSU def. Pitt, 83-69, in San Diego on Dec. 30, 1995.)
