LAKESIDE, Calif. - The San Diego State men's golf team finished the 2005 Barona Collegiate Cup in fourth place at Barona Creek Golf Club in Lakeside, Calif. The two-day tournament, hosted by the Aztecs, saw SDSU shoot a 26-under par (838) in the 19-team field.

After beginning the day in 11th place, San Diego State finished the second round with a team score of 277 (-11) to propel them into a tie for fifth with San Diego. All five Aztecs representing the Red team shot under-par rounds. Andrew Scott led the way shooting a 4-under par 68, with Josh Warthen and John Gray both firing 69s (-3). Moscovic shot a 2-under 70 to finish at 4-under for the tournament and in a tie for 31st. Both Segall and Cole tallied 71s (-1), while Puterbaugh completed the final round with an even par score.
