SAN DIEGO - The Aztec football team got back to work following its first scrimmage of the fall, practicing for just over two hours Tuesday afternoon at SDSU's on-campus facility. The team is in the midst of one of its toughest stretches in camp, as the next four days will include a pair of two-a-day practices and another scrimmage, slated for Qualcomm Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

"We're starting to break down a little bit in the legs," SDSU head coach Tom Craft said. "This is a tough week right now and we're going to see who is mentally and physically tough. We are really going to push the next few days until the family day scrimmage on Saturday."

Upcoming Practice Schedule
SDSU will log a pair of two-a-day practices on Wednesday and Friday before its second scrimmage of fall camp on Saturday at Qualcomm Stadium. A single afternoon workout on Thursday is slated to start at 4 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 17 - two-a-day practice at 8:45 a.m. (full pads) and at 4 p.m. (full pads)
Thursday, Aug. 18 - practice at 4 p.m. (full pads)
Friday, Aug. 19 - two-a-day practice at 8:45 a.m. (half pads) and at 4 p.m. (helmets)
Saturday, Aug. 20 - scrimmage at 2 p.m. at Qualcomm Stadium (Family Day)
