SAN DIEGO - Fans will have the opportunity to meet and greet members of the 2005 San Diego State Aztecs football team on Wednesday, August 3 in downtown San Diego.
SDSU's marching band and cheerleading squad will join the football players downtown for the festivities on Wednesday. During the event student-athletes will be signing autographs, giving away Aztec t-shirts and a limited number of free tickets to the Aztecs home opener against UCLA on September 3.
The home of Aztec football on the radio, the Mighty 1090, will also be at the event to help jumpstart the 2005 season. The event will be held from noon until 12:45 p.m. outside the building at 225 Broadway in downtown San Diego.
