CSTV Networks will broadcast a live special presentation from the 2005 Mountain West Conference Football Media Day tabbed "Mountain West Football Media Blitz." The show will air live on CSTV and online via the official Web sites of CSTV (www.cstv.com) and the MWC (www.TheMWC.com) Monday, July 18 from 4 to 6 p.m. PT.

The special presentation reinforces CSTV's "fans first" commitment, offering fans an inside look at MWC football as never seen before. All nine Mountain West Conference head football coaches and MWC commissioner Craig Thompson will appear live on-air to preview the 2005 football season and answer questions submitted by fans online.

Held at the Coronado Island Marriott in San Diego, Calif., the Mountain West Football Media Blitz will be hosted by CSTV's Adam Zucker. The MWC Football Media Day live presentation is the first such television venture by CSTV for any conference media event.

A new era begins in the fall of 2006 as CSTV becomes the official television partner for the Mountain West Conference. The MWC forged an agreement with CSTV, giving the fastest-growing independent cable network exclusive rights to Mountain West Conference football and men's basketball, plus coverage for all other MWC sports. The only multimedia company fully dedicated to college and amateur sports, CSTV has assured that MWC constituents will see more MWC sports at more convenient times and in more media platforms than ever before.

The agreement incorporates all Conference-related media and marketing rights, including all television, national over-the-air and satellite radio, video-on-demand, and online and broadband rights. The multi-media partnership also includes Mountain West TV, the first-ever regional sports network dedicated solely to an intercollegiate athletic conference.
