SAN DIEGO - San Diego State baseball has added a pair of games, one home and one away, to its 2005 schedule to make up for games lost to rain earlier in the season. In addition, the time of this Sunday's home game with Utah has been moved up one hour.
The Aztecs will face UCLA on Tuesday, April 19, at 6:00 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium. The contest with the Bruins replaces the game against Santa Clara that was rained out in early February.
The following Tuesday (April 26), SDSU will travel to Cal State Northridge to face the Matadors at 3:00 p.m. in a game postponed by rain late last month.
In addition, this Sunday's (Mar. 20) Mountain West Conference contest against the University of Utah has been moved to noon from its original start time of 1:00 p.m. in order to accommodate the Utes' travel schedule.
The Aztecs open league play this weekend with a three-game series against Utah that begins Friday evening (Mar. 18) at 6:00 p.m. at Tony Gwynn Stadium.
