<?xml:namespace prefix="st1" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags"?>San Diego State was unable to get any offense going against No. 18 Oregon and pitcher Alicia Cook, falling 3-1 in the first game of bracket play for the Aztecs at the NFCA Classic. SDSU, now 11-5, plays UMass in the consolation side of the Silver bracket, Sunday at 9 a.m. ET. The Ducks improve to 8-6 on the season.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>

Oregon got all the offense they would need in the top of the fourth, when the Ducks slammed a pair of doubles and a single, plating two runs and knocking Aztec starter Cori Janelli (5-4) from the game. Oregon added an insurance run in the top of the seventh on a single and a double off of Celena Velasquez.

SDSU would get on the board in the bottom of the fifth on a pair of walks to Danielle Touhey and Allison Smith, followed by a Lacey Craft sacrifice bunt and a Megan McDonald grounder, scoring pinch runner Tamani Wells.

Touhey and Erin Mahoney netted the only two SDSU hits, while McDonald picked up her team-leading 12th RBI.
