COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The San Diego State men's soccer team fell victim to a potent Air Force attack Sunday afternoon in Colorado Springs, Colo., losing by the final tally of 4-0. The Aztecs drop to 3-7-1 in the Mountain Pacific (3-13-2 overall), while the Falcons improve to 4-6 in the MPSF (8-8-1 overall).

Air Force put in a pair of goals in the first period on a scramble in front of the SDSU net following a free-kick (20:19) and on a shot from 22-yards out by Marcus Sagastume (44:03). The Falcons outshot the Aztecs in the first period (11-4), and Air Force put up more shots on goal (5-1).

The second period was more of the same from the Falcons as Colin Eames (48:01) and Brendan Greenaway (84:14) each netted scores to put the game out of reach. The Aztecs made a late push with an 8-5 advantage in shots, but were unable to put any on post.

For the game, SDSU was outshot by Air Force (16-12). However, the Aztecs and Falcons tied on corner kicks (2-2). Top players for the Aztecs include Hall, who made four saves on the day, and Heath Creager, who put up five shot attempts.

SDSU plays its final game of the season Sunday, Nov. 14 against UNLV in a 2 p.m. game.
