SAN DIEGO - San Diego State's women's tennis doubles team of Dita Hauerlandova and Indra Erichsen competed in the consolation draw, after Tuesday's qualifying defeat, and lost in the second round of the ITA/Riviera All-American Tournament on Wednesday.

The No. 40 doubles team took on Maryland's Marianne Baker and Romana But (No. 60) and dropped a 9-7 decision in the second round of the consolation bracket. In first round action, Hauerlandova and Erichsen defeated Anna Bentzer and Jenny Hu of UC Irvine by a score of 8-6.

The Aztecs return to the court Oct. 21-25, as they co-host the ITA Regionals at Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego.
