SAN DIEGO - SDSU will take a spring break trip to Hawai'i this week for the Dr. Donnis Thompson Invitational. The tournament is a 54-hole, two-day event featuring nine teams. The field will play the Kaneohe Klipper Golf Course in Kaneohe, Hawai'i, which has a par of 72 and is 5,574 yards in length. The first 36-holes will be played on Tuesday, with the final 18-holes on Wednesday. Coming off of one of the toughest fields of the year at the Wildcat Invitational, things don't get any easier for the Aztecs in Hawai'i. All eight teams ranked by Golfweek are in the top 107, with seven of them ranked in the top 78. MWC rival New Mexico leads the pack ranked No. 3 in the country while Pepperdine has posted a No. 26 mark.

Starters in Hawai'i
* This week's starting lineup has a new look to it as sophomore Toni Lutz enters the mix for the first time this season. Lutz played eight tournaments last season but had yet to crack the starting five in 2003-04.
*Joining Lutz is the steady senior Shayna Miyajima who has played in every tournament the past three seasons. Miyajima led SDSU at the Wildcat Invitational with a 40th place finish. *Heather MacRae and Jenna Wilson will each make their sixth straight start in their first season at SDSU. Wilson leads SDSU with a 75.43 stroke average, while MacRae has posted a 76.36 average and leads SDSU with three top-20 finishes.
*Freshman Jamie Oliver has solidified her spot in the lineup the last four times out for SDSU and in five tournaments on the year.

Senior Duo
* Seniors Shayna Miyajima and Sandy Kim, have been unable to pair up the past three tournaments as Kim recovers from a back injury. The two veterans had almost identical numbers entering the final season and were duplicating results again in their fourth year until the Lady Aztec Invitational when Kim was hurt.
* Miyajima owns a 75.50 stroke average, the second best on the squad, in 15 rounds of action. Shayna has led the Aztecs in scoring at two different tournaments and has posted two top-20 finishes. Miyajima is also ranked 127th in the country as an individual according to Golfstat.
* Kim posted a 75.86 average in seven rounds in the fall, the third lowest average for SDSU, but has yet to return to tournament form in the spring.

Fantastic Frosh
* SDSU has the 21st-ranked freshman class according to Golfstat behind the strength of Jenna Wilson and Jamie Oliver.
* Wilson is the Aztecs top ranked player, overall, at No. 119 by Golfstat. Wilson has made a big impact on the Aztecs in her first season in collegiate golf. The Scotland native has already shot the top two rounds in SDSU history with scores of 67 and 68, set the 54-hole tournament scoring record with her five-under 211 at the Lady Aztec Invitational, and posted the second best 36-hole score in SDSU history when she fired a 145 to finish second at the Heather Farr Memorial.
* Oliver has played in all but one tournament on the year and has posted a 79.92 stroke average, including a top-20 finish at the Aztec Invitational.

Individual Spotlight
* Heather MacRae led SDSU in scoring at the Las Vegas Showdown to finish the fall as she tied for sixth against a great field with a 3-over total of 219. MacRae posted two top-10 results and a team best three top-20 finishes during the fall season. After a slow start MacRae has been climbing the rankings and is currently 178th in Golfstat's listings.
