SAN DIEGO (AP) - Matt Nelson scored a game-high 21 points and Micheal Morris had a key blocked shot, leading Colorado State to a 72-69 win over San Diego State on Saturday night.

Tony Bland led San Diego State (11-7, 2-3) with 19 points. Mike Mackell added 15 points for the Aztecs, who lost their third straight game.

Colorado State, which led almost the entire first half, lost its lead with 14:17 left. Over the next six minutes, there were 11 lead changes and two ties before Nelson put the Rams in front for good 57-55 with a dunk at the 8:22 mark.
