San Diego State Women's Basketball Looks To End Its Losing Streak At Air Force
SDSU puts a five-game win streak against the Air Force Academy on the line when the two schools meet Saturday in Colorado Springs. The Aztecs are completing the second half of their first two-game Mountain West Conference road trip and are still in search of their first conference win.

SDSU is coming off a 75-42 loss at New Mexico Saturday, while Air Force won just its second MWC game in four seasons against UNLV, 73-72.

-The Records: SDSU (6-10, 0-4 MWC) finishes its first Mountain West Conference road trip of the season Saturday, traveling to the Air Force Academy for its second game this week. The Aztecs are still looking for their first MWC win after dropping their fourth straight at New Mexico (75-42) Thursday. Air Force (7-10, 1-3), meanwhile, is coming off its biggest win of the season against then third-place UNLV (73-72).

-In The RPI: In the 14th RPI rankings released by the WBCA through games of January 29, SDSU moved to 231st, while Air Force is No. 243. The Aztecs are No. 223 (College Basketball News) and No. 234 (Collegerpi.com), respectively, in the other major RPIs.

-SDSU Head Coach Jim Tomey: Tomey (Michigan '81) is in his first season at San Diego State, taking over the Aztec helm on April 9, 2002. His career and Aztec head coaching record is 6-10.
