Dec. 6, 2002

San Diego - Fans who purchase season tickets for San Diego State's upcoming 2003 season will have the opportunity to attend a special hitting clinic conducted by Aztec head coach Tony Gwynn on January 4 at SDSU's Tony Gwynn Stadium. The two-hour instructional clinic will be followed by an autograph session with Coach Gwynn.

Season tickets for the 2003 campaign went on sale earlier this month. The Aztecs' 25-game home schedule opens with two games against 2002 NCAA Tournament team South Alabama (Feb. 11-12) and includes series against UC Santa Barbara and UC Irvine plus single games against Long Beach State, Oral Roberts and University of San Diego. In addition, the slate features five three-game series vs. Mountain West Conference opposition (Air Force, Brigham Young, UNLV, New Mexico and Utah).

Prices for season tickets are $100 for adults and $75 for youth, seniors, military and SDSU faculty/staff. Single-game prices for Aztec home games are $7 and $5 respectively. In addition, groups of 20 or more can purchase individual game tickets for $4.
