MWC Volleyball ChampionshipTo Be Televised Live

San Diego - The second-seeded San Diego State volleyball team (20-11, 11-3 MWC) Mountain West Conference Championship tournament vs. #7-seed New Mexico o Thursday (Nov. 21), and its opening match can be seen live on Cox Ch. 4 San Diego beginning at 12:30 p.m.

All matches of the tourmanent will be televised live on Ch. 4 with the exception of Thursday night's Air Force-Colorado State contest which will be shown on a tape-delayed basis. The tourney runs through Saturday at Colorado State's Moby Arena in Fort Collins, Colo.

First-round matches begin on Thursday with Utah-Wyoming at 10:00a.m. PST, followed by SDSU-New Mexico at 12:30 p.m. PST and Brigham Young-UNLV at 3:00 p.m. PST. The tape-delayed Air Force-Colorado State matchup begins at 6:00 p.m. PST, but will be aired at 10:00 p.m. that same night.

Semifinal matches will be played Friday, with the SDSU-New Mexico winner taking on the Utah-Wyoming winner at 3:00 p.m. PST. The winners of Thursday's other first-round matches will meet at 6:00 p.m. Saturday's championship contest will be televised 1:00 p.m. PST.
