BERKELEY, Calif. - Eight-ranked San Diego State women's water polo fell to the University of California, 14-3, at the Speiker Aquatic Center on Saturday afternoon.
Amber Prestegard, Donna Stivers and Holly Hartzell had one goal a piece, as the Aztecs were limited to four shots on goal. Goalkeeper Heather Stiles recorded 11 saves against the fourth-ranked Bears.
The loss ends a four game win streak and drops the Aztecs to 2-2 in conference play and 9-7 overall. They will head to Stockton tomorrow to take on 15th-ranked University of Pacific. Game time is scheduled for noon.
