LAS CRUCES, N.M. (AP) - Eric Channing scored 28 points, including 5-10 from 3-point range, to lead New Mexico State to a 94-79 victory over San Diego State on Saturday.
Three-pointers were key, as the Aggies hit 10-21 of them, or 48 percent, while holding the Aztecs to 2-9 from behind the arc, or 22 percent. The Aggies (3-0) led at halftime 45-30.
