SAN DIEGO - A two-out two-run double from pinch hitter Pilar Amaya in the bottom of the ninth with the San Diego State baseball team trailing, 8-7 enabled to Aztecs to defeat Oklahoma University, 9-8 on Friday at Tony Gwynn Stadium.

In a game that saw three lead changes in the final four innings, SDSU rallied to pick up its second dramatic comeback win in its last three games. SDSU relievers Ben Julianel, John Skinner, Mike Garber and Royce Ring teamed to hold the Sooners (2-5 overall) to three runs in five innings of work.
