LOS ANGELES (AP) - Maylana Martin had 22 points and 19 rebounds Thursday night, leading No. 8 UCLA to an 82-61 victory over San Diego State.
Marie Philman added 16 points and Nicole Kaczmarski had 14 for the Bruins (3-3).
Atim Otii led San Diego State with 22 points. Mary Apiafi had 15 points and Jamey Cox added 10 for the Aztecs (1-6).
San Diego was hampered by injuries and used only eight players. UCLA's reserves outscored the San Diego State bench 13-6.
