SAN DIEGO - The San Diego State Women's Volleyball team came back from a two-game deficit to beat Northern Arizona, 3-2 (12-15, 9-15, 15-7, 15-9, 15-12) at Peterson Gym. The Aztecs were led by defensive specialist Jamie Evans. She had team highs 19 kills and 13 digs. Setter Melissa Dickson added 61 set assists. The Aztecs are now 9-12 on the season.
Maggie Barrera led the Lumberjacks with 20 kills. Michell Axlund added 16 digs and Whitney Donahue had 61 set assists. NAU's record now stands at 13-5.
SDSU returns to action at Peterson Gym on Friday, October 29 against UNLV. Game time is set for 7 p.m.
