MALIBU, Calif. - The San Diego State women's volleyball team fell to No. 12 ranked Pepperdine, 3-0, at the Firestone Fieldhouse on Wednesday night. The Waves defeated the Aztecs by the scores of 15-4, 15-5, and 15-3. SDSU record now stands at 6-7 on the season, while Pepperdine improves to 9-1.
The Aztecs open their first season in Mountain West Conference this weekend by traveling to Las Vegas, Nev., to face UNLV 7:00 p.m.
