The San Diego State men's volleyball team lost to University of the Pacific on Saturday 3-1 (15-9, 9-15, 5-15, 4-15). The loss drops the Aztecs' record to 1-10 (1-9 in the MPSF). Playing without junior outside hitter Hans Stolfus due to illness, SDSU was led by junior outside hitter Josh Sanders and senior outside hitter Brian Corso in the losing effort. Sanders recorded 18 kills on 29 attempts (.310), three service aces, a team-high nine digs and three total blocks. Corso ended the match with 18 kills on 32 attempts (.313), seven digs and four block assists.
The Aztecs travel to Malibu on March 20th to take on the Waves of Pepperdine University at 7:00 p.m. in Firestone Fieldhouse.
