Outdoor: Finished 11th in the triple jump (39-01.75) and 12th in the long jump (18-05.75) at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships... Competed in six meets... Set personal bests at the Desert Heat Classic in the long jump (19-01.25) and the triple jump (39-03.00)... Finished third in the San Diego Challenge in the triple jump (37-09.25).

Indoor: Took eighth in the Mountain West Indoor Championships in the long jump (19-00.00, a personal record)... Competed in four meets... Set a personal record with a time of 26.92 for the 200 meters at the Texas Tech Open.

2020-21
Outdoor: Finished 11^th at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships in the long jump (18-03.00)… Had a PR of 18-08.00 at the Aztec Invitational (March 27)… Won the Triton Invitational (18-02.50)… Also ran the 100m in two meets and recorded a PR of 12.65 at the UCR Sprints Invitational (April 30).

2019-20
Indoor: Competed in four meets… Finished in 17^th at the MW Championships in the long jump (17-10.75)… Had a personal best mark of 18-07.25 in the long jump at the UNM Collegiate Classic (2-8-20), taking second place… Also competed in the 60m dash at three meets, running a personal best time of 7.91 at the NAU Mountain T’s Invitational (2-1-20).
 
Outdoor: Competed in the 100m (12.88) and the long jump (18-05.25) in SDSU’s lone outdoor meet, the San Diego Collegiate Challenge… She took first place in the long jump.

2018-19:
Indoor: Competed in the long jump in three meets… Finished 19^th at the MW Championships (17-02.75)… Had her best jump at the Don Kirby Invitational, clearing 17-08.75.

Outdoor: Competed in four meets in the 200m and long jump… Finished eighth at the Robison Invitational with a personal best jump of 17-11.25… Ran the 200m dash at two meets with her best time coming at the Mountain West Challenge where she finished in 27.24.
 
High School
Attended Rancho Buena Vista High School where she was named her school’s Athlete of the Year in 2018… Division I CIF San Diego Section long jump champion… Two-time league champ in the long jump… Helped set school record in the sprint medley relay (1:51.78)… PR’s in high school: long jump (18-10.50), 100m (12.70), 200m (26.13), 400 (1:00.56).

Personal
Born in Poway, Calif. to Elba and Dariusz Spizewski… Her mother and uncle were track stars… Her mother ran the 100, 200, 400 and 800 and her uncle, Jose Luiz Barbosa, was the 1987 world indoor champion in the 800 and a four-time Olympian… Lists Brittney Reese (American long jump gold medalist) as her favorite athlete.
