2018 SEASON - SENIOR
Finished with her best season as a senior, going 10-12 with two saves and a 2.64 ERA in 130 innings, striking out 80 against 36 walks ... Appeared in 39 games with five starts, limiting her opponents to a .223 average ... In 34 relief appearances on the season, was 9-9 with two saves and a 1.52 ERA in 115 innings, holding the opposition to a .199 average ... Inherited 37 runners in her 34 relief appearances on the season and only allowed 13 to score ... Ranked among the MW leaders in numerous categories, including first in games finished (34 - No. 2 was 20), second in appearances (39), tied for second in saves (2), third in opposing batting average (.223), fourth in ERA (2.64), ninth in wins (10), and 10th in strikeouts (80) and innings pitched (130.0) ... In MW play was 4-5 with a 3.41 ERA and two saves, pitching 17 of 24 games with two starts ... Pitched 51 1/3 innings in league play, striking out 26 with 21 walks allowed, holding opponents to a .246 average ... Twice earned MW Pitcher-of-the-Week honors ... Was 7-4 with a 4.55 ERA and five saves in 77 innings, striking out 44 with 28 walks ... Appeared in 28 games with five starts ... Had a combined shutout and held her opponents to a .309 average ... Her five saves tied for the 16th most in the country and the fourth most in school single-season history ... Among the MW leaders, ranked in a tie for first in saves (5) ... In league play, was 3-2 with a 5.08 ERA and four saves in 15 appearances (one start) over 41 1/3 innings ... Stuck out 27 with 17 walks ... Was 3-1 with a 3.46 ERA in 32 1/3 innings in games against teams that made the 2017 NCAA tournament ... Was named the MW Pitcher of the Week for a second time of her career against San Jose State on April 4 after going 2-0 with a 1.85 ERA over 11 1/3 innings, striking out two (out of the 15 hits that Formby gave up, only one was an extra-base hit (a double)).  

2016 SEASON - SOPHOMORE

Had a solid first season with the Aztecs, earning second-team all-Mountain West accolades ... Was 11-10 with a 3.66 ERA and five saves over 116 2/3 innings, striking out 83 against 57 walks ... Appeared in 37 out of the team's 52 games, registering 15 starts ... Had one shutout, three complete games and kept her opponents to a .281 average ... Was perfect in the field in 25 chances (20 assists, five putouts) ... Led the team in ERA (3.66) (min. 50 IP), saves (5) and opponent batting average (.281) ... Her five saves ranked 16th in the nation ... Among the MW leaders, ranked in a tie for first in games finished (20), second in saves (5), third in appearances (37) and in a tie for fifth in wins (11) ... In MW play, was 5-6 with a 3.50 ERA and three saves in 70 innings ... Appeared in 20 of the 24 league games, starting nine times with three complete games and a shutout, limiting her opponents to a .295 average ... Struck out 50 in league against against 28 walks ... Was remarkable over the team's final 10 games, going 22 with a 2.29 ERA and two saves over 33 2/3 innings ... To show her importance to the team, posted a 1.73 ERA with five saves, limiting her opponents to a .248 average, in 60 2/3 innings in the team's victories ... Saves came against San Diego (Feb. 21), Cal Poly (March 19), at San Jose State (April 15), vs. Utah State (April 29) and against Boise State (May 14) ... Best game of the year was arguably vs. Nevada on March 30, when she tossed a complete game shutout, striking out a career-high eight batters, allowing five hits and a walk in the win ... Was named the MW Pitcher of the Week for the first time of her career on May 3 for her play against Utah State, going 1-1 in the circle with a save and 2.03 ERA over 10 1/3 innings, striking out seven against three walks, limiting the Aggies to a .286 average.  

2015 SEASON (at VIRGINIA) - FRESHMAN
Was 3-14 in the circle at Virginia, posting a 7.30 ERA over 102 2/3 innings ... Appeared in 30 of the team's 56 games, starting 19 times and completing eight games ... Struck out 55 batters against 81 walks for the Cavaliers (16-40) ... Best game was arguably against Virginia Tech on April 8, when she combined with twin sister, Andie, for a no-hitter, in a 5-2 victory ... It was the first combined no-hitter in program history and first at UVA since 2009 ... Was also 1-for-4 (.250) at the plate, while committing just one error in 17 fielding chances, posting a .941 fielding percentage.

HIGH SCHOOL - MATER DEI
Was a four-year letterwinner at Mater Dei High School and Los Alamitos High School ... Was a 2011 NFCA All-American Scholar-Athlete ... Helped lead Mater Dei HS to a Trinity League title in 2013 and Los Alamitos HS to the Sunset League championship and to the semifinals of the CIF Championships ... Was also a four-year honor roll member.
