That contest was his longest outing of the season ... Season-high five strikeouts came in his start vs. Arizona on April 8 ... Over the final third of the season was a short middle relief specialist, making seven appearances out of the bullpen prior to his start at Cal State Fullerton in the regular-season finale (May 17) ... Longest relief stint was 1.2 innings on two occasions (vs. TCU April 27 and at Arizona April 30) ...
